Returns and exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective. Items damaged while handled by shipping carriers cannot be returned or exchanged. Please address the issue with the carrier.

Cancellations

I accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If there is anything wrong with the items you purchased please contact me within 3 days after receiving your order and I will do my very best to resolve the problem.

If it is me who made a mistake I will refund you the shipping cost. Otherwise you will need to pay for shipping the items back to me. In either case I will provide you with the address to ship to. All items must be returned in their original condition. The refund will be issued immediately after I received the items. The delivery confirmation, tracking, or insurance of the returned items will be your responsibility. Please notify me BEFORE sending any items back.

If you are not satisfied with your order but do not want a refund you can request to exchange ordered items for others available in my shop. For custom orders and repairs, I will send you photos of items before shipping them to make sure everything is to your liking. That way you do not need to worry about a refund or shipping the custom item back. Custom items can’t be exchanged for other items.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before any item(s) will be shipped.

Shipping

Each item comes in its own organza draw string bag or in its own gift box. For available gift box options please contact me BEFORE making a purchase.

I ship domestic orders with USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail International. If you would like delivery confirmation, tracking, or additional insurance please contact me BEFORE making a purchase, and I will give you a quote. In most cases, it takes 1-3 business days to package your order.

Custom items take more time to be made. I will notify you when your custom order is ready and then again what it it has been shipped. Packages lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of USPS. No money will be refunded in this event.

Additional policies and FAQs

Any messages you send to me will be answered within 1 business day. When the vacation notice is displayed on shop’s pages your messages will be answered as soon as possible.
