How It Works
First, fill out the form below. Details of the problem and a clear image or multiple images of your jewelry item will help me come up with the best and most cost effective way to to fix it.
If your jewelry can’t be fixed or brought back to life in some close resemblance of the original design, I will let you know. You will not have to pay anything for evaluating the problem.
If your jewelry can be fixed, I will give you an estimated cost of the work and a private link to pay the $25.00 retainer.
Once the retainer is paid, I will send you the address to mail your jewelry to. You will need to pay the shipping cost.
When I finish the work, you will receive a photo of your jewelry for approval.
If the retainer does not cover the full cost of repairs, I will send you a second private link to pay the remaining cost.
For all local orders, I pay for shipping your jewelry back. For international orders, I will cover shipping cost that does not exceed $15.00.
If you do have to pay for shipping your item back, the cost will be included into the remaining amount. I will use the postal service that matches the one you did, unless you tell me what changes you want.
Most repairs can be done within 1 (one) week after I’ve received your jewelry piece.
Thank you for trusting me with your jewelry!
